Download the Peacock App

You need the Peacock App on your TV before you can watch anything. Most modern smart TVs and streaming devices support it.

  • Turn on your TV and connect to the internet.
  • Open the App Store or Channel Store on your device.

  • Type “Peacock” using your remote.
  • Select the Peacock TV app from the results.
  • Select Download or Install.

You need a second device like a smartphone, tablet, or laptop to complete this step.

  • Open a Web Browser on your phone or computer.

  • Enter the 6-digit Activation Code displayed on your TV.
  • Select Continue.

If you are not logged in, the site will ask for your Email Address and Password. Enter your login credentials to finish the process. Your TV screen will refresh automatically. You can now watch Peacock on your big screen.

Create a New Account

You cannot sign up for an account directly inside the TV app on some devices. You must create one online first.

  • Go to Peacocktv.com on your computer or phone.
  • Select Pick a Plan.
  • Enter your email address and create a password.
  • Enter your payment information.
  • Confirm your subscription.

Now you can use these credentials to log in on your TV using the Peacocktv.com/tv/samsung activation method described above.

Fix Activation Errors

Sometimes the technology fails. You might see an error message or the code might not load. Follow these steps to fix common problems.

Code Not Working
The Activation Code expires quickly for security reasons. If your code does not work, it likely timed out.

  • Select Get a New Code on your TV screen.
  • Enter the new numbers immediately at Peacocktv.com/tv.

Page Not Loading
If the website does not load on your phone, check your internet connection.

  • Turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and use Cellular Data.
  • Refresh the page.
  • Try a different Web Browser like Chrome or Safari.

App Crashing or Freezing
If the TV app freezes on the code screen, the software might have a glitch.

  • Close the Peacock App completely.

Clear Cache
Old data can corrupt the login process.
